Beginning Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat certified instructor Moscato Extatique will guide you through the proper form and techniques of a beginning level course. Focusing on the six Pilates principles (centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow) you will strengthen deep core muscles, enhance postural alignment, and develop confidence and ease of movement through everyday life. Open to all body types, identities, and skill levels.
You will want to have your own mat and fitted workout clothes.
