Intro to BUMP & GRIND
This fun sampler of Burlesque dance moves is great for every body! No dance experience required. In just an hour students learn the fundamentals of the Bump, Grind, Shimmy, and Shake, plus some fancy vintage moves from Burlesque stars of yesteryear!
Wear comfortable yoga or dance clothes. Class is taught in bare feet, socks, or dance sneakers. Character shoes with ankle straps permitted.
