We are so excited to be debuting a brand new dance series from our newest staff member. Hips Don’t Lie, taught by the delicious and divine spICE!, premiers Wednesday, February 21st and runs for 4 weeks!
This (fun, sexy, aerobic) class focuses on multiple hip movements and isolations. You don’t need to have any dance experience to take this course – the fun and hip-shaking is open to all! The class is and hour and a half long, and will contain warm-ups, stretching, drills, across the four and movement combinations. You can apply the hip movements you learn to your performance style or simply bust them out when you go clubbing!
A dynamic performer trained in a multitude of movements styles, spICE! has taught dance and performance professionally for over 15 years, and we are thrilled that she’s now an Academy instructor.
