Workout like a showgirl, and have fun doing it! Each class includes a warm up, chair work, floor work, and a short dance routine. Each routine is designed to give your legs, core and arms a workout, so come ready to sweat.
Every two weeks we have new routines with a new music theme. Come every week to master each routine, and look forward to everything from Britney Spears and 90s boy bands to classic 50s bump&grind music themes!
Bring workout clothes you can sweat in, and fitness shoes.
